Every named user gets access to the products in your plan, the document repository and reporting. Read-only reviewers do not consume a licence.
Yes. Plans change at the start of a billing period, and moving up is prorated. There is no penalty for moving down at renewal.
Annual billing is 20% below the monthly rate for the same plan. Starter is €239 per month billed annually, Business €639 per month billed annually.
Standard onboarding is included. Data migration from a legacy system and custom integrations are quoted separately after the discovery stage.
Yes. A pilot runs for six to eight weeks on one process with a defined success measure, and the fee is credited against the first year if you continue.
Invoicing is in euros with 30-day terms. VAT is applied according to your jurisdiction and VAT registration status.
