What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. Similar technologies — local storage and session storage — work the same way for this purpose and are covered by this policy.
What This Site Uses
This website is static and does not run advertising or cross-site tracking. We use:
- Strictly necessary storage — a session identifier used to protect form submissions against automated abuse. It expires when you close the browser.
- Preference storage — remembers your language choice so it does not have to be reselected. It lasts up to 12 months.
- Search index cache — the static search index is cached by your browser so that searching does not re-download it on every page. It is not tied to an identity.
Strictly necessary storage does not require consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive. Anything beyond that category is only set after you agree to it.
What We Do Not Use
No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, no social media pixels and no session recording. If that changes, this page is updated and consent is collected before the technology is loaded.
Cookies in the Platform
The logged-in application sets a session cookie and a security token for each authenticated user. These are strictly necessary: the service cannot authenticate a session without them. They are described in the client documentation and in the data processing agreement.
Controlling Cookies
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies for a specific site, usually under Settings, then Privacy. Blocking strictly necessary storage may stop forms and authenticated sessions from working correctly.
